Your satisfaction is our most important priority. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please return your items to Mylunakiss.com.
Shipping charges are not refundable for a return.
Returns must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. We do not refund shipping charges.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Fragrance must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box.
Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 20-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Note: International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges

Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Please use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. If the item for exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All exchange requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.

We do not offer a warranty on lingerie or swimwear due to the delicate fabrics used. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, g-strings, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pasties, body creams, gels or any similar romantic gifts at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).
