You order is important to us and we will try our best to process it within 24 hours. Average shipping time frame is between 4-8 days depending on size of order and if it is a custom order. Please note, after your purchase an item on mylunakiss.com your order is authorized for payment but you will not be charged until after your item is shipped.

Most items ordered from our site are shipped as soon as the product is available via FeDex, UPS or USPS. Delivery time is estimated by FeDex, UPS or USPS and cannot be guaranteed by MyLunaKiss.com.
To offer you a wider selection we represent many brands so depending on the brand you order your shipment may take longer than the estimated time frame. We do our best to update you on the process of your shipment and we always send the tracking information. Orders that contain more than one brand will be shipped in multiple shipments but you will be charged for one shipment.

International DELIVERY
All international orders ship Express International via USPS, depending on service area. Delivery time on these orders can take up to 4 weeks depending on location. All prices and shipping rates are quoted in U.S. funds and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes, which are paid by the customer. TRACKING ORDERS
You may check the status of your order online.
To check status of your order online at MyLunaKiss.com, you will need your Order Number and the Shipping Address Postal Code. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after the item is shipped it can take between 24 - 36 hours after the order is processed.
Only orders placed online can be tracked online, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" at the top middle of the navigation menu. Please email us if you have any questions and one of our mylunakiss specialists we get back to you.
Backorders
We work hard to update and maintain all items listed on the site daily but there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock or if it is a hot item and we run of stock.
If we receive an order for item on back order we will notify you - certain items that we have in stock go very quickly. Remember we do not charge you until after the item(s) are shipped.
